I would like to draw your attention to the event DAY OF MARTIAL ARTS BERLIN 2023

'Martial Arts Benefit Event for Veterans Affected by Deployment', taking place on Saturday, 16. October 2024 in Berlin, and hereby extend an invitation to you!

The venue is the sports hall of Sophie-Brahe-Comprehensive School (at Treptower Park) at Am Plänterwald 23, 12437 Berlin-Treptow, with a connection to the A100 motorway just 10 minutes away. The hall opens at 09:30 am, and we plan to start the event at 11:00 am, concluding around 5:00 pm.

We have secured high-ranking speakers from the martial arts community who wish to share their knowledge with you at the Day of Martial Arts Berlin! On six fighting areas, you can get to know and train with various masters and styles in 45-minute sessions. The event is open to all associations and styles, for young or old, beginners or professionals.

Our event and initiative are neither financially nor politically motivated; we aim to raise awareness on a private legal and sporting level for those who have paid a high price for their service as Bundeswehr soldiers with PTSD, suicide, or death. In cooperation with Recondo Vets MMC, we have initiated this event as a martial arts association.

All proceeds (minus organizational expenses) from the event will be donated to various veteran associations/organizations!!! Representatives will be on-site to report about their work with veterans.

We would greatly appreciate your support by participating, helping to make a statement to the affected and the public. Martial artists from all over Germany have already confirmed their participation.

Prominent speakers from the martial arts scene have agreed to share their skills and knowledge with an interested audience, in part to raise awareness about issues such as PTSD and suicide among soldiers and veterans.

All speakers are volunteering their time. All proceeds (minus organizational expenses) will be donated to various veterans' associations/organizations.

Representatives of the association will be on-site to report on their work. This seminar is suitable for all interested parties, beginners, martial artists, and fighters of all disciplines, regardless of age.
